Another happy FIELDBOSS customer. Performance Elevator is a Canadian 12 user team (5 Office, 7 Field) based out of Scarborough Ontario. Performance Elevator does a bit of everything including Service, Maintenance, Modernization and New Construction around the GTA. FIELDBOSS is a perfect fit for their growing elevator business because it was able to be implemented quickly and within their budget.
Their desired strategy was a bit different as they had both a soft and hard go live date. Their implementation began at the end of April, and they had their soft go live date on June 7th. Their hard go live date was planned when they switched all of their technicians to FIELDBOSS for July 2nd. During this transition period, they became more familiar with the product as they slowly staged Projects, Maintenance Contracts, Service Schedules, etc. and trained their technicians on FIELDBOSS Mobile. Both the office and field users have picked up FIELDBOSS quickly and their field staff even commented about how intuitive the mobile product was to use during the training sessions.
Right now, they’re using all aspects of the FIELDBOSS product including Violations, Safety Tests and the latest version of our MCP Inspections. The great thing about FIELDBOSS is as Performance Elevator continues to grow, FIELDBOSS can grow with them. They plan to implement Billing Automation and eventually move to Business Central from QuickBooks.
Performance Elevator has been using FIELDBOSS now for a couple of months and the entire team has adopted the product very well.
